Directed by Amb. Antonio BANDINI, a diplomat of great experience. During his diplomatic career he held the following posts: Commercial Counsellor, Embassy Counsellor and First Commercial Counsellor at Italy's Permanent Representation to the OECD in Paris; Ambassador to Asmara, plenipotentiary, 2 January 2001. Reporting directly to the Director-General for Multilateral Political Affairs and Human Rights; Representative on the Interministerial Committee for Human Rights; Ambassador to Norway and Iceland; Consul-General in New York; Chairman of the International Funds for marine pollution damage. An expert in development cooperation and human rights at the UN and OECD. He is currently a Board member of the Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna.

Prof. Vittorfranco PISANO

Directed by Prof. Vittorfranco PISANO. Currently Secretary-General of the National Register of Intelligence Analysts and University Professor of Unconventional Conflict and Terrorism at eCampus University. During his career he served as: Reviewer of Anti-Terrorism Courses for the United States Department of State; Head of the U.S. Representation and Adviser on Studies at the NATO Defense College in Rome; Adviser for International Affairs to the Commander-in-Chief of Allied Forces Southern Europe in Naples; Consultant to the European Law Division of the U.S. Congress; and Consultant to the U.S. Senate (Committee on the Judiciary — Subcommittee on Security and Terrorism).

Prof. Renato CAPUTO

Directed by Prof. Renato CAPUTO. Professor of International Law and Security Regulations at eCampus University. Admitted to the Madrid Bar and, as an established lawyer, to the Rome Bar. He serves as Vice-President of the National Register of Criminologists and as Deputy Director of the Master's in Business Management and Ethical Economics at the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria. From June 2014 to July 2017 he worked as a State Official with diplomatic accreditation in Uzbekistan. During the 14th legislature he was a member of the Private Office of the Minister of Defence. Since 2013 he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the European Intelligence Academy in Athens (Greece). Since May 2024 he has been Senior Advisor of the Global Policy Institute in Washington D.C. (USA).

Gen. Isp. Capo Domenico ABBENANTE

Directed by Chief Inspector General Domenico ABBENANTE, former Head of the Air Force Medical Corps, qualified as a Physician, Dentist and Psychologist. He is currently President of the National Register of Disaster Managers and was a member of the examining board for Flight Attendants at the Military School of Aeronautical Medicine. He taught "Aeronautical Medical Service" at the School of Specialisation in Psychological Assessment and Counselling of the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology at the "Sapienza" University of Rome, where he also held an adjunct teaching post in "Applications of Forensic Medicine to Psychological Assessment".

Prof. Gianluigi Rossi

Directed by Prof. Gianluigi Rossi. Professor Emeritus of History of Treaties and International Politics at the "Sapienza" University of Rome. Former Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, Sociology and Communication at the "Sapienza" University of Rome. As Vice-President of IsIAO he led several delegations to various countries (Libya, Yemen, China, Sudan, Turkey). Member of the Commission for the establishment of the federated universities of "Sapienza". Member of the scientific board of the "A. De Gasperi" Foundation. Member of the Steering Committee of the Observatory on International Politics (OPINT), University of Siena. In 2007 he was a member of the examining board for the diplomatic career competition.
